These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of theauthenticglow.com, including any purchases made through the website. Throughout these Terms, “The Authentic Glow,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Authentic Glow. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or person using the website.

By visiting our website, creating an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase through this website.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Your purchase is for lawful purposes.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, descriptions, measurements, and specifications accurately. However:

• Colors may appear differently depending on your screen.
• Placement, size, and color of printed designs may vary slightly.
• Product measurements may have minor manufacturing variations.
• Mockups are intended to represent the finished item but may not show every small production difference.

These normal variations are not considered defects.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, excluding any later correction of an obvious pricing error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can enter production. We may use third-party payment processors to complete transactions. We do not directly control those processors or their security systems.

5. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or begun producing the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment authorization problems
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product unavailability
• Shipping restrictions
• An inability to fulfill the order
• A violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products may enter production shortly after an order is submitted, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your order. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot promise that an address, product, design, color, or size can be changed after production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be canceled for a change of mind.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Production and delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier delays
• Weather or natural disasters
• High seasonal demand
• Customs processing
• Labor interruptions
• Supply-chain disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the promised time, we will provide notice and, when required by applicable law, offer the choice of accepting the delay or canceling the affected order for a refund.

The Authentic Glow is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer or for packages that tracking confirms were delivered to the address provided. We will, however, review reported delivery problems and help determine the appropriate next step.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or restrictions imposed by their country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Changes of mind
• Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
• Incorrect colors or products selected by the customer
• Personal preferences regarding fit
• Minor variations inherent in the printing or manufacturing process

Damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the timeframe and according to the procedures stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Apply only during the stated promotional period.
• May be limited to specific products or customers.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• May not be combined unless expressly stated.
• May be canceled or corrected if issued or applied in error.

We may refuse a promotion when we reasonably believe it has been copied, manipulated, resold, or used fraudulently.

• It does not violate another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply where a claim was caused by The Authentic Glow’s own unlawful conduct.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the agreement between you and The Authentic Glow concerning your use of the website and store.
